There's one piece of memorobilia missin, aint there?...Well its right
here. And it could be yours...If the price is right!

First a little, "I KNOW MY HISTORY" lesson. Most record collector magazines
speculate there were 300 of these gems pressed, at shadetree records in
jacksonville, FL. I was told by an associate of the band (no names please) It
was more like a 100. This was of course in 1968. Remember, 5 years before they
were discovered by Al Kooper and "pronounced" was released. The lineup on this
masterpiece would be, THE MAN, Ronnie Van Zant, Allen "white boys CAN jump"
Collins, Gary "Prince Charming" Rossington, Larry "I think Donnie's got a good
thang goin" Junstrom, and of course Mr. Bobby Burns. Notice how they spelt
LYNARD SKYNARD, the attina,which was massed produced in 78 spelled it
correctly, two songs, Michelle, which Ronnie wrote for his daughter and Need
All My Friends, which Ronnie wrote for ME..( OK, I'm throwin some spice on it
now) This piece is a Monet, a Warhol, a Michealangelo( try spellin that one,
LOL) a Dali....Its simply an Investment!!!! need all my friends side has some
skuff marks, I can't remember if I ever played this, so not sure how it plays,
its more fer hangin on the wall and Turnin up the volume and dreamin of what
might have been if Ronnie was still with us.

Now ask yerself, How many of these survived the 45 era?

Did yer parents throw them out with your comic books?

Did they flood out in your basement?

Did the heat get to them in the attic?

How many radio DJ's and stations simply tossed um in the trash like so many
other unheard of bands of that era? Remember 5 YEARS before "Freebird" and
"pronounced"

I have personally seen 4 of these, and two of them belong ta Judy Van Zant at
the freebird cafe in Jacksonville.

Does the estate of Allen Collins have this? I would think so...Does Larry,
Bob and Gary havum? Probably...Does the Rock and Roll Hall of fame have one? I
don't know. How many Hard Rock Cafes wish they could display this piece of
history? Record execs at SONY..MCA..betcha they wish they had one.

There's probably a few out there somewhere, but good luck findin them.Ya got
a better chance of hittin the lottery. If you own one of these ,drop me a line,
let me know what you think its worth? Is it PRICELESS? 
Who out there thinks Skynyrd was the greatest thang ta step out of a garage(
sorry, Hell House)?

Ya all know bout The Beatles "yesterday and today" the Butcher Cover? Ya all
know what a 'first state" of that record COMMANDS? Ifin ya don't, search here
on ebay for it, ya might have ta search "completed" items for a 1st state.

Well I believe this here is worth whatever the Flop Tops from britain fans pay
for that.

These boys were American blood sweat and guts! They left the tears to us fans
when that plane went down.

With all due respect ta lennon mcartny..jagger and richards...They couldn't
shine Ronnies,Allens, Garys and Eds shoes!! (ok wash Ronnies feet..hehehe) I do
believe they proved that at Knebworth!!!(can't ferget, we loved you too Steve,
Artie, Leon and the girls)

OK, enough of the "Tellin it like it is", Go ask yer spouse if they wouldn't
mind gettin a part time job, No?

How bout checkin the bank account? ( I know, these gas prices have been chewin
it up lately)

Sell the Harley? (I know, BLASPHEMY!!)
